and blood draws in children three to 18 years of age.

Doha (Qatar) – April 29, 2008 – Green Vision announced today an agreement with Anesiva, Inc. a
US company based in San Francisco granting it  an exclusive license for the marketing and
distribution of Anesiva's Zingo™ (lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate) powder intradermal
injection system in eight countries in the Middle East region: UAE, Saudi, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain,
Oman, Lebanon & Jordan. Under the terms of the agreement, Green Vision will oversee all
necessary regulatory filings, and will be responsible for all marketing and sales of Zingo™ in the
Middle East.

IV insertions and venipunctures are known to cause significant pain and fear in children, therefore
the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Pain Society encourage physicians to
consider the use of local anesthetics to soothe and minimize the distress resulted from
procedures like venipunctures. It is estimated that there are annually over 2 million cases in
children experiencing pain and fear as a result of peripheral venous punctures and blood draws in
the Middle East countries covered by this agreement.

About Zingo™

Zingo™ is an easy-to-administer, single-use, needle-free system that delivers sterile lidocaine
powder to provide topical, local anesthesia to reduce the pain associated with peripheral I.V.
insertions or blood draws. Zingo’s rapid onset of action allows intravenous line placement or
venipuncture to begin one to three minutes after administration. Zingo is approved to reduce the
pain associated with peripheral IV insertions or blood draws in children three to 18 years of age. In
clinical trials, the most common adverse events with Zingo were redness (erythema), red dots
(petechiae) and swelling (edema).
